  • Kesha & Ivy!!!! What a wonderful share loved it. Many great things said. I totally agree EVERYTHING is connected you can’t try to work on one part of other parts are BROKEN. I practice Yoga & Meditation, I eat for the most part healthy foods, drink lots of water, practice moderation because I believe no need to sacrifice to get to better place. I walk for about 2 hours 3x’s a week and I have removed all toxic relationships and people from my personal space and life.

      P.S. I truly commend you for also getting rid of toxic relationships. People don’t understand how much that leads to an unhealthy lifestyle and most are afraid of doing so for a multitude of reasons. So kudos to you girl! *fist bump* 😉
