I love this graphic which displays the 10 ways to love. We should all hope to accomplish these daily in our relationships, whether it’s business, familial, romantic or otherwise!

Love this list, Kesha — thanks for sharing.
I definitely need to work on “forgive without punishing”.
As difficult as forgiveness can be, I have no struggles in forgiving others. It’s forgiving myself for past mistakes and poor decisions I’ve made that’s difficult for me. And, ultimately, I end up punishing myself by beating myself up, emotionally.
When it comes to going easy on myself …
I’m a “work in progress”.
Mel, we are all a work in progress so you are not alone! You bring an interesting yet true perspective on the “forgive without punishing” one. We do tend to do that and it doesn’t help our psyche so let’s pledge to do better at this one
Everytime you think about beating yourself up, think: “What Would Kesha Say?” LOL
And I’m gonna do the same (WWMS). If anything, we’ll each have a good laugh and that’ll remind us to forgive ourselves *love it!*

“What Would Kesha Say?” is precisely the question I’ll have in the forefront of my mind every time I’m tempted to go hard on myself.
Thanks, Kesha — definitely works for me!
And you’re right. It will create a silly grin on my face and maybe even bring on a good hearty giggle!
Big hugs,
