Well, it’s been about a month since I started the Fit, Fyne, and Fabulous Weight Loss Challenge and….drumroll please….I’m down 13 lbs and a couple of inches in the waist! Woot!!
I’m excited and am motivated to keep going. I even had on a pair of jeans this weekend I hadn’t worn since last summer! At this rate, I’m sure I can make my goal by October 30 – and even surpass it! But I won’t get ahead of myself.
This past weekend I was out of town and though my intentions were good, I didn’t eat quite as healthy as I wholeheartedly imagined and in two days, the scale went back up 3 lbs 🙁
That’s my body for ya. It loves to add weight quickly but surely hates to lose it! *shaking my head*
So now I’m up and at ’em again, starting my day with a good ‘ol juicy chocolate and peanut butter protein shake (part of my Body By Vi 90 day challenge program) with a scheduled Kettlebell exercise during lunch.
FYI – For those of you who know I started doing the Insanity Program by Shaun T, I don’t do it everyday. It is truly insane!! I actually mix up my exercise with Zumba, Insanity, Kettlebells, and 4 Fast Miles with Leslie Sansone.
