  • I love this quiz Lakesha and the results that I got were really on point. I do put myself last and when I do sneek in a little me time I feel guilty afterward…thinking I could have been doing something for someone else or at home working.

    I’m definitely taking more time for myself. I’m Yoga in the morning at least three times a week…I’m going for more but sometimes I can’t. And at night I do some toning exercises and read before I go to bed…only that’s late at night but the only time I can read. 🙂

    • Corina, girl, you make me smile! I’m glad that you’re taking some time for yourself even if just a little bit here and there. But you know I’m gonna challenge you to do a little more right? 🙂 Add one more thing to your self-care routine and see if you can be consistent with that one thing for 7 days, then 14 days, then 30 days and once you’re comfortable with that, add in something else. Sometimes all it takes is time to do ONE thing and the snowball will start to build its own momentum from there! Have a great week yourself!
