Dearest Beautiful and Amazing You,

My goal for you is that you simply love, appreciate and accept your body and let that feeling radiate outwards.

But there are a LOT of things blocking that true love of our bodies and ourselves in general and it warps our self-image, damages our esteem, and devalues our worth.

And this is not about weight loss, per se. This is about the things we stop ourselves from doing because of the negative picture we have in our heads about the way we look.

I felt it first hand. This lack of body love caused me to not seek out appearances, not go to events, not dress up anymore like I used to always do. And I HATED it!

I would lose weight again and again after gaining it back after every ‘again’ LOL (can anyone say Master Yo-Yo-ist?) LOL

See, my thoughts directed my emotions and actions and even though I lost a few pounds here and there, I’d inevitably somehow find it back. (See why I say this isn’t about weight loss?! It’s a lifestyle, not a waist-style.)

It wasn’t until I changed my thoughts, did my self-image start to change.

I want to help you!

I want to help you rediscover love for your body. I promise you this – it won’t be an overnight thing and it’s not something that can be done one time and that’s it.

But once you learn concrete, fresh, fun and unconventional ways to start that process, you’ll be well on your way to nurture the necessary energy to embrace your relationship with your body, food, and life overall.
