No matter who you are, there are times when life will knock you down. It may be a family emergency, an end to a relationship, or even the passing of a friend. You can think about the things that you are grateful for, open up yourself to outside help, or even take your mind off of the subject completely and work on something else. In the end, you’ll keep your sanity and get through the situation in one piece.
