Lately, he created an infographic describing the 7 steps to six pack abs. Most people would start off thinking they’d need to do 1000 crunches, 20 minute planks, use some type of ab roller/cruncher/station/etc. or some other insane ab exercise.
But Joel says differently, “Well, here’s the truth. If you want to get six pack abs, you don’t need one “weird” trick or anything fancy. If you want to get right down to it, it can all be summed up in just 7 steps – and they’re stupid simple to remember.“
